To celebrate the festive season, two eclectic Swiss brands, Swissotel Al Ghurair and LINDT came together for an exhilarating 60-minute masterclass, showcasing the method of whisking, chocolate folding, and other techniques that are widely popular in the pastry kitchen.
Hosted by Matthew Müller, the LINDT Master Chocolatier and Chef Swapnali, the hotel’s passionate pastry chef, guests got the opportunity to create their very own Swissotel Signature LINDT Chocolate Festive Bauble while exploring the art of chocolate making.
Curated specially for the masterclass, the recipe for the LINDT Chocolate Festive Bauble featured high-quality ingredients that are carefully crafted to create a decadent chocolate bauble. Chocolate enthusiasts were thrilled to take their delicious masterpieces home to share with loved ones.
The masterclass event was accompanied by other exciting events including a fun-filled Gingerbread house-making workshop, a magical Christmas tree-lighting ceremony and other festive activities to keep the guests immersed in an evening filled with festive spirits and laughter.
